Fall Arrives, Your Skincare Routine Should Change
Labor day weekend marks the end of summer and the beginning of cooler, fall weather. But don't let the weather fool you, your skin still needs some taking care of, as UV rays still penetrate to the surface during the fall/winter months. Make sure to keep your skin protected each day - application of an SPF moisturizer during your morning routine is a great way to keep your skin healthy. You could even try our very own FDL Vitamin C Antioxidant sunscreen and mix it with your favorite moisturizer! And when winter gets closer and the winds get stronger,
Summer is STILL in full swing
Summer vacation is the time to de-stress, hit the beach, and relax.  But it's also the time of year where the sun is the strongest.  This means more intense UV rays, increasing your risk of skin damage.   UV rays can cause wrinkles and even play a role in skin cancer.  But good news! There are multiple steps you can take to prevent this skin cell damage. To help ensure your skin protection, our own 2018 Arlington Top Doctor Dr. Herbert recommends staying in the shade, especially during midday hours.  Remember that the sun's UV rays are strongest from 10am-4pm.
